This Privacy Policy describes how Abilivy collects, uses, and discloses personal information we receive from visitors and registered users of our website and other online services we may offer (collectively, “Site”). INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect information including, but not limited to:

  • Organization information such as division, region, department, and work location

To use some of our services and become customers of Abilivy, one or more users in an organization you are affiliated with (“Customer”) may be set up as administrators of the Site. These administrators may create an account on your behalf on the Site and may provide your personal information. Personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, username and password, name, email address, and Customer name. In these situations, Abilivy collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you no longer want us to process your information, please contact the organization you are affiliated with and email Abilivy at customerservice@abilivy.com.

We collect payment information to process charges, but we do not store credit card information on our servers. All credit card transactions are encrypted. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely at third party gateways on PCI-compliant networks.

We collect and store documents, files, and online courses that you create, input, submit, post, upload, transmit, store or display in the process of using our Site (“Customer Content”). We also collect communications between us such as emails or chat sessions. We use Local Storage, such as HTML5, to store Customer Content and preferences. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.

When Abilivy processes personal data on behalf of and as instructed by a Customer, our Customer is responsible for exercising your rights and you should contact the Customer to exercise your rights. In this case, Abilivy may not respond directly to your requests for the exercise of your rights. Rather, we inform the Customer without delay and provide all reasonable assistance to satisfy your requests in accordance with instructions of the Customer.

SECURITY

The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Once stored on our servers, Abilivy has safeguards in place to keep your personal information accurate, complete and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, theft and misuse, and to maintain data accuracy of the information. We may also use third-party products and services to secure or store your information.
